we visit Göreme Open air Museum, Cappadocia's main attraction and the customary starting point for an overview of what the region has to offer, the museum is a monastic complex composed of churches, refectories, and dwellings, and one of the earliest centers for religious education.

Avanos, a town and district that is noted for its Turkish craft skills. Rug-weaving and pottery-making are important local skills. Before the end of the tour, depending on your request, we go to a local winery for tasting local white wine. Archaeological evidence suggests wine-making here goes back more than 7,000 years.
