İstanbul - Cappadocia (Turkish Airlines)

Turkish Airlines will be the carrier for this tour. This flight is nonstop and takes 3 hours and 15 minutes. The flight departs from Istanbul Ataturk Airport and arrives at Kayseri Airport.

Kayseri Airport

Kayseri Airport is located in Kayseri, a city in Central Anatolia. The airport makes it easy to travel into Cappadocia. With flights available from major cities around the world and a direct bus connecting it to the city center, you'll be able to get there easily.

To get to Kayseri Airport:

• From İstanbul: Travel time is around 3 hours by plane and costs approximately $100-$150 USD on Turkish Airlines or Pegasus airlines. You can also take a high-speed train which takes just over two hours with several departures per day ($25 USD).

To get from Kayseri Airport:

• There are buses that run directly from the airport into town for 1 TL (about 20 cents USD). If you want something more comfortable than public transportation but not too expensive, there are also taxis that will take you direct for about $7 USD one way or $15 round trip if shared with another traveler (this price does not include tip).

Arrival to Cappadocia & check-in to the hotel

Your guide will pick you up from the airport and drive for about two hours to reach your hotel in Urgup, a small village located near the heart of Cappadocia region. Upon arrival at the hotel,

In this cave hotel, you will witness how people live in the caves. You will see a church that has been built inside a cave and also hot springs. You will also be able to eat traditional food of Cappadocia region.

Early wake-up for balloon flight & breakfast

You will wake up early for your hot air balloon flight. You can choose to go with a guided tour or go solo. After the breakfast, you will ride in a car to land of your hot air balloon flight. Your pilot will give an introduction to what to expect from the ride and how it works, then you’re off!

In the afternoon, you will have an option to take part in a Hot Air Balloon Flight over Cappadocia valleys. The evening is at leisure for browsing through shops or enjoying dinner at a local restaurant before going back home.

Departure Transfer From Hotel To Airport And Flight To Istanbul - Arrival To Istanbul’s New Airport.

After breakfast, our driver will pick you up from your hotel in İstanbul and transfer you to the airport. You will depart for Cappadocia on a flight which departs at 06:05 pm local time. Upon arrival at Istanbul’s new airport, the following services will be provided upon your arrival:

• Transportation from the airport to your hotel by private luxury vehicle or shuttle bus
