Here, morning is not just a meal; it’s a long and enjoyable ritual where history, nature, and the rich Turkish breakfast culture come together at the same table. The terrace right next to the Zelve Open-Air Museum offers exactly this experience: on one side, millennia-old rock formations and valley views; on the other, fresh cheeses straight from the counter, homemade jams, and eggs cooking in a copper skillet.
